On April 5, 2017 two of our very own Crusaders, Caity Young '17 and Veronica Ruiz '17, were inducted into the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS). The ceremony, at Eden Resorts & Suites, commended their honorable work throughout the school year in attendance at the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center (CTC).
As students in the Half Day Advanced Health Careers Program, Caity and Veronica have met the following qualifications as members of the NTHS: (1) maintaining a 90% average in all college credit level courses including Medical Terminology, Advanced Biology, and Medical Ethics, (2) completion of the required amount of service hours, (3) completion of a monthly demonstration of medical skills, (4) completion of clinical work in the surrounding hospitals, (5) and maintaining a higher than average attendance record.
