Upon the completion of Lancaster Catholic's annual Christmas Concert, the names of the individuals that made the County Band, District Band and Orchestra were announced and praised for their hard work and dedication.
Veronica Ringlein (flute), Lauren Modlin (percussion) and Lizbeth Stephan (percussion) were selected to be on the District Band which will be held on January 12-13 at Kennard-Dale High School.
Anna Peris (viola) and Lauren Modlin (percussion) were chosen to be on the District Orchestra which will have its performances on February 9-10 at Cedar Cliff High School.
County Band members are Rebecca Ressel (clarinet), Cody McSherry (saxophone), Megan Lyle (trumpet), Aaron Kern (trumpet), Sebastian Klemmer (trombone) and Oliver Klemmer (tuba). They have been selected to perform in the Lancaster Lebanon Music Educators Association Band South Festival that will be held on January 20th at JP McCaskey High School. This festival will include 205 talented musicians from Lancaster County with a public concert beginning at 4pm in the JP McCaskey High School Auditorium.
