Graduates of the Class of 2013-Present
If you are an LCHS graduate of the class of 2013 or after, click here
to order a copy of your high school transcript and follow the easy steps to set up an account. At that time, you can order as many transcripts as you would like. Your first three electronic requests are free (subsidized by Lancaster Catholic). Each transcript after that will cost $3.00.
If a college/university does not accept electronic transcripts, you can still send your transcript request through Parchment. Parchment will mail your transcript to the school of your choice via the US Postal Service. There is an additional $2 charge to cover paper, printing, postage, etc.
When your transcript has been ordered, the school counselors will go into the Parchment system to approve and upload your transcript.
If you need your transcript sent to the Common Application, this can be sent through Parchment as well. Be sure to note your Common App ID. After logging in to your Parchment account, search for "Common App" under the "Academic Destinations" tab. You will then be prompted to enter your Common App ID number. in the School Counseling Office. In the email, please make sure to include the following:
- Your name as it appeared on your Diploma
- Date of birth
- Last four digits of your SSN
- Year of graduation or year(s) of attendance at LCHS
- The address of the college, university, or business where transcripts should be mailed
