Señora Cunningham and Señora Ringlein with the advanced Spanish classes and Lancaster Catholic basketball players volunteered their time at the YMCA.
An alumna contacted LCHS with the request for students to be translators for the surprise birthday party of Jose, a 4th grader at a local school who with his family has been displaced due to the hurricane in Puerto Rico. The students were able to use their skills of the language to serve as translators and to lead the kids in activities for the day.
