Frederick F. Noel Distinguished Educator Award

The Frederick F. Noel Distinguished Educator Award honors a distinguished Catholic educator who has served at a Catholic school for 10+ years, has been nominated by a series of peers, students and parents and has contributed significantly to the promotion of Christian values in the school.

The award is named after Frederick F. Noel, who taught at York Catholic High School and subsequently served as Assistant Superintendent for Special programs in the Secretariat for Education in the Diocese of Harrisburg from 1970 until his death in 1990.

Mr. Sharp has been teaching Lancaster Catholic Crusaders for nineteen years and has a background in nuclear science. Mr. Sharp is the Senior Class Moderator, Future Business Leaders of America Moderator, Serteen Club Advisor and Varsity Bowling Coach.
