Mrs. Joanna Culbert
Mrs. Culbert is in her 11th school year at Lancaster Catholic, where she serves as a school counselor. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in both clinical counseling and child welfare, bringing a wealth of experience and compassion to her role. Her areas of strength include listening and supporting others, helping students consider best post high school options, and connecting students and families with mental health support and resources.
She earned her Master of Education in School Counseling from Lancaster Bible College. In addition to her counseling responsibilities, Mrs. Culbert oversees the STAR Program (Student Assistance Program) and serves as the coordinator for the Attollo Program.
Outside of school, she enjoys cooking for her family and spending time outdoors swimming, gardening, and adventuring. She is married and is a proud mom of eight children—including five teenagers!
