Miss Ansley Ryan '22
Miss Ryan '22 is a Lancaster Catholic alum who will be serving as a first-year teacher in the science department. She will be responsible for teaching Human Biology, Honors Biology, and Environmental Science. She graduated from Brown University magna cum laude as a part of the class of 2026 with a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and biological anthropology. Prior to arriving at Catholic, she worked in a neuroscience laboratory at Brown, researching an animal model of human autism spectrum disorder.
Ms. Ryan is excited to grow into a teaching role as she helps students develop a love for science and for learning. She aims to develop college readiness in students by emphasizing research and the scientific method. Students can find her knitting and crocheting during free periods and are encouraged to join if they have projects of their own! She is looking forward to rejoining Lancaster Catholic's strong community and anticipates a happy and productive school year.
